Hi, I’m Dr. Naroth Ramos, DC.

Dr. Naroth Ramos, DC has been a chiropractor for almost two decades helping families stay healthy naturally, serving the North Austin Community and Surrounding Areas. She’s a Mom of three, Ari (15), Amerie (13), and Austin (4) and knows first hand the importance of keeping her family’s nervous system balanced during all seasons of life.

Dr. Naroth, an alumna of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, holds a B.S. in Biology and a Doctorate of Chiropractic from Life Chiropractic College West. She has furthered her education with certifications in Pelvic Floor Therapy from the Herman and Wallace Institute, as well as the Core Confidence Program through Bellies Inc. Additionally, she will be completing her Certificate of Proficiency in Pediatric and Family Chiropractic from The Pediatric Experience + Life University in September 2026, and in the process of completing her Webster Certification currently.

She is a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) and the Pediatric Experience (PXDocs).

My Story

I was a new mom, crying through nights and utterly confused about my newborn, Ari. He arrived at 34.5 weeks and left the hospital at 5 pounds after a brief three‑day stay because he “seemed” healthy. But things became harder at home. He couldn’t latch, was started on formula early, and I was told I couldn’t produce milk (a conclusion I later discovered was incorrect). He was delayed in crawling, walking, and speech, and didn’t sleep through the night until nearly four years old. He had a constant runny nose, drooled until age two, suffered frequent ear infections, developed swollen adenoids, and endured multiple rounds of antibiotics until I finally stopped them. He struggled in school and began stimming to help him focus. As a chiropractor I understood some things, but when it’s your own child you tend to follow the experts and feel trapped—until a physical therapist transformed our approach. She introduced new methods and set me on a path that truly changed our lives. Now Ari is a thriving young man about to start driving. That experience also helped me have healthier pregnancies and better outcomes with my other children, Amerie and Austin. My mission is to help other families find answers and hope before their child goes through the struggles Ari faced. Through specific, neurologically focused chiropractic care, along with support from other professionals who work to optimize the nervous system, Ari was given a real chance to succeed in life.

The Neuro-focused Approach

    • Nervous- system first: We assess and treat communication between the brain, spinal cord, and peripheral nerves- not just joint alignment. Symptoms are interpreted as clues to where neural signaling is disrupted.

    • Objective testing: Quantitative balance, gait, sensory, reflex, eye-movement, and autonomic tests map neural performance and guide treatment decisions.

    • Precision techniques: Gentle, targeted adjustments, neuromotor re-patterning, proprioceptive stimulation, vestibular retraining, and soft-tissue neuromodulation are selected based on each patient’s neural profile.

    • Individualized programs: Care plans combine in-office therapies with progressive home exercises and technology-assisted neuromotor drills to reinforce durable neural change.

    • Measurable progress: Repeat testing documents functional improvement—reduced symptoms, better balance, faster reaction times, improved posture and movement economy.

    • Persistent neck and back pain that hasn’t responded to standard care

    • Headache and migraine sufferers with cervicogenic or vestibular contributors

    • Dizziness, vertigo, balance deficits, and fall risk

    • Post-concussion and mild traumatic brain injury recovery

    • Postural dysfunction and repetitive-strain conditions

    • Athletes seeking performance edge through optimized neural control

    1. Comprehensive neurofunctional exam: detailed history plus objective neurological, vestibular, and motor assessments to pinpoint dysfunction.

    2. Personalized care plan: targeted in-office sessions (neuro-adjustments, vestibular/ocular therapy, neuromuscular retraining) and a measurable home program.

    3. Ongoing measurement: periodic retesting to adapt therapy, demonstrate gains, and wean toward independent maintenance.

    4. Maintenance and performance: long-term strategies to prevent recurrence and enhance daily or athletic performance.

    • Reduced pain intensity and frequency

    • Improved balance, coordination, and reaction time

    • Fewer headaches and dizziness episodes

    • Better posture, movement efficiency, and injury resilience

    • Faster return to work, sport, and normal activities

    • Clinically driven, neuroscience-informed protocols

    • Focus on measurable functional recovery rather than just symptom suppression

    • Collaborative care that integrates with medical and rehabilitation teams

    • Commitment to patient education and empowerment through tailored home programs
